How to Get There (Cebu to Moalboal)

Cebu City is the main jump-off to Moalboal and traveling there is not too difficult as you have various land transport options to choose from.

By bus from Cebu to Moalboal
From any point in Cebu City, take a taxi to Cebu South Bus Terminal. Then, ride a Ceres Bus bound for Bato via Barili and drop off at the Moalboal City Hall or bus stop. The travel time by bus from Cebu to Moalboal takes around 2.5 to 3 hours depending on weather and traffic conditions.

If you’re coming from Mactan Cebu International Airport, you can take the MyBus going to SM City Cebu. Once in SM City Cebu, ride a jeepney to Labangon, Bulacao, or Pardo and tell the driver to drop you off at the Caltex Gas Station. Cebu South Bus Terminal is just in front of it. 

By van
Another convenient way to travel to Moalboal from Cebu is by van. Just a few meters away from the South Bus Terminal, look for the One Citilink Terminal in Cebu City. There are vans there bound for Moalboal, and travel time is just around 2 hours.

By taxi
If you want utmost convenience, go there by taxi instead. However, this is much more expensive than the other two options. Taxis in Cebu run on a meter but most drivers give a package rate which can be split if you’re traveling by group.
