Via private car 

  1. Take NLEX
  2. Take Exit 85, then right into SCTEX

  5. Once you’re on MacArthur Highway, drive straight to Tarlac and Pangasinan until you reach Rosario, La Union 
  6. From Rosario, turn right into Kennon Road

Baguio Travel Requirements 2021

Only fully-vaccinated tourists are allowed to travel to Baguio. There are only three (3) main Baguio travel pass requirements, these are: 

  1. Baguio Visita registration with QR-coded Tourist Pass
  2. Vaccination card or vaccination certificate
  3. Health screening and verification at the triage in Baguio upon arrival

Note that:

  • Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated adults are not allowed.
  • Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated minors aged 12 to 17 must present negative results of Antigen or RT-PCR test conducted within 72 hours prior to arrival or during health screening at the City Triage.
  • Minors aged 11 and below shall be tested at the option of their accompanying parents or adult guardian.

Mayor Benjamin Magalong has ordered the suspension of non-essential travels to Baguio City from all areas regardless of quarantine classification from September 3 to 19, 2021. Only Authorized Persons outside of Residence (APORs) are allowed to enter Baguio subject to requirements.

ESSENTIAL TRAVELS coming from outside of Baguio, regardless of quarantine classification, are required to present negative results of RT-PCR test conducted within 72 hours before entry.  Fully vaccinated individuals may present vaccination documents in lieu of test result
