The staffs are friendly and they do care about the customer. I actually left my iphone in the room when i checked out, if it was not because of the staff, i would have left my phone back there. So it's a great place to stay and i'm pretty sure that i will go back there. Thank you zenroom

Hi Zen Room. I have enjoy the short stay - transit from Jakarta. Ranking scale of 3.5 out of 5. Reason / Area for imporvement: Location - very difficult to find Room - Clean and Big but the bed needs refurbishment Value for money - yes Customer Service - good - needs someone who can speak english Wifi connections - unable to reach the 3rd floor.
