Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
- Responsible to lead new hotel partner acquisition. Identifying and acquiring new ZEN Rooms, and for maintaining and growing relationship with key hotel personnel.
- Planning and building short-term and long-term hotel partner supply strategy and lead new supply initiatives like ZEN Flagship, ZEN homes and ZEN Hostels.
- Expansion of ZEN Rooms to new geographies in Malaysia.
- Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple teams in inter and Intra geographies.
- Additional, account management role to grow the mutual business with hotel partners.
- Minimum 1-2 year of relevant experience in sales and business development. Experience in early-stage startup/e-commerce environments would be an advantage.
- Independent and proactive to ensure duties are done with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent in problem solving, analytical skills and critical thinking.
- Willingness to travel and be relocated.
