Position: Admin and Finance Assistant (HR Payroll)
Location: Makati, Philippines
- Prepare and monitor various AP and Petty Cash transactions
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of cash and bank records
- Help with implementation of new payroll system
- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
- Carry out administrative duties as needed
- Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions.
- Adhoc tasks and projects assigned from time to time
- Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Management/Accounting or related
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Organized, thorough, with high work standards and desire for continuous improvement
- Familiar with government reportorial requirements
- Keen to detail
- Must be proficient in using MS Excel
- Willing to work in Makati
