Position: Admin and Finance Assistant (HR Payroll)

Location: Makati, Philippines

Responsibilities:

    

      • Prepare and monitor various AP and Petty Cash transactions
      • Conduct periodic reconciliations of cash and bank records
      • Help with implementation of new payroll system
      • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
      • Carry out administrative duties as needed
      • Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions.
      • Adhoc tasks and projects assigned from time to time

      Requirements:


      • Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Management/Accounting or related
      • Excellent analytical and communication skills
      • Organized, thorough, with high work standards and desire for continuous improvement
      • Familiar with government reportorial requirements
      • Keen to detail
      • Must be proficient in using MS Excel
      • Willing to work in Makati
