Position: HR Business Partner & Office Manager
- Support the leadership team and managers in the full recruitment process of new hires for the Singapore office
- Manage HR processes for Singapore employees: contracts, onboarding, liaising with payroll provider, insurance provider
- Liaise between Singapore office and other ZEN offices in South East Asia
- Support office management related tasks
- Champion of the unique startup culture, team events and collaboration
- 2-5 years of experience in similar or related role
- High energy, thoughtful partner who can take initiative and see through tasks end-to-end
- Not afraid to roll sleeves up and get involved in all aspects of the role
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; must be a great communicator
- Strong relationship building skills
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
