Position: HR Business Partner & Office Manager

Location: Singaproe

Responsibilities

  • Support the leadership team and managers in the full recruitment process of new hires for the Singapore office
  • Manage HR processes for Singapore employees: contracts, onboarding, liaising with payroll provider, insurance provider
  • Liaise between Singapore office and other ZEN offices in South East Asia
  • Support office management related tasks
  • Champion of the unique startup culture, team events and collaboration

Requirement

  • 2-5 years of experience in similar or related role
  • High energy, thoughtful partner who can take initiative and see through tasks end-to-end
  • Not afraid to roll sleeves up and get involved in all aspects of the role
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; must be a great communicator
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
