Nice place relatively close to airport.
Room and bathroom were clean, something in Manila is not always self-evident. Price quality is very good.
There is some noise audible from the neighbors. Advertised as located in the Makati district. However, this is not the case. It's just outside.

Excellent and friendly staff. I arrived Manila in the early morning and although the check in was from 2 PM they let me take my room at 8 AM. I just had a problem with the wifi but they fixed it really quickly. Nice and clean room and good location. Great price.
