the overall service was quiet okay. . the bed is good.
There are some.problems in water, electric and wifi connection for almost 4 hours . I Suggest to have a back up generator

Hi! I'm Christine Ann S. Maralit-Tsuro. I got married last May8, my husband and I decided to have our honeymoon in Baguio. We booked a Zen room at Booking.com coz we saw the picture of the room and it seems good. When we got to Iggy's Inn, Sir Chibi assisted us from the lobby to the room. Found the Zen room so great and as is as it was captured in the photo posted in the site of Booking.com. It was great and so clean. The room is very well ventilated and comfortable to stay with. I rated Zen room as a 5-star room. I also recommended the Zen rooms in Iggy's Inn to my friends, and even to strangers in Facebook when they're asking for a place to stay in Baguio. Definitely satisfied! ??????????

The staff were very accommodating, the place is near the convention venue and very quite, clean and peaceful place.
Taxi is not readily available. A lot of taxi passed through the place but are already occupied.

Good location, it was right along South Drive which was near to everything. They also had a parking lot. Breakfast was good. Staff was okay. Great value for money!
It's beside the road so if you're a light sleeper, you might not appreciate the road noise. It didn't get noisy before around 6 am though so it could be okay if you plan to wake up early.

The room was clean and cozy and the Inn's staff are friendly. They even let me have 2 additional pillows without a fuss.
I would've rated it a 5 if the location was easily accessible where I'd get a ride to anywhere without a 10-15 minute wait time.
Also, there was a bit of a problem with the email reminder sent to me as it stated that I didn't have free breakfast during my stay but when I booked the room there was breakfast included. Nevertheless, I got my free breakfast, so all's good.
I'd definitely book with Zen Rooms on my next travel.
